Demo / beta service — read this first

This platform is provided for demonstration and evaluation purposes only, on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no warranties of any kind. It may be changed, interrupted, suspended, or permanently discontinued at any time without notice, and any data you enter may be reset or deleted at any time. Do not use it as your system of record, and do not store anything you cannot afford to lose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss of data, business interruption, or other damages arising from your use of the service or its discontinuation. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Estimates are not binding quotes

Budget estimates generated on this site are preliminary and for informational purposes only. They do not constitute an offer, contract, or guarantee of price. Final pricing is established only after an on-site measurement and a written agreement.

2. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements and details you provide. Estimates depend on that information and on-site conditions.

3. Contact consent

By submitting a request you authorize the contractor to contact you regarding your project. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

4. How we communicate

Project updates, messages, quotes, and approvals are delivered through this platform and through shareable project links. The contractor may also contact you using the details you provide. We do not require email to keep you informed.

5. No payment processing

This platform does not process payments, store card or bank account details, or move money. Any "paid," "unpaid," or balance information shown is a record-keeping convenience for your contractor only — it is not a bill, receipt, or payment mechanism. Billing and payment happen through your contractor's own systems and are governed by your separate agreement with them.

6. Photos and uploads

Any images you upload are used solely to prepare your estimate and perform requested work. Do not upload images containing people or sensitive information.

7. Field staff location

Where a contractor's field staff choose to share location (for arrival updates and job records), it is collected only with their explicit opt-in, only while they are on an active, clocked-in job, and it can be turned off at any time. The platform does not track anyone off the clock.

8. Data ownership

The customer, lead, and project records a contractor enters belong to that contractor. The platform's estimating engine, cost templates, assemblies, design, and software are and remain the property of Michael D. Marrazzo III and are not transferred by use of the service.

9. No warranty

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
