What we collect

Contact details you provide (name, phone, email, address, ZIP), the project details and measurements you enter, any photos you upload, in-app messages, and basic usage telemetry (pages visited, timestamps, IP, browser) to operate and improve the service.

What we do NOT collect

We never collect or store payment credentials — no card numbers, CVV, bank account, or routing numbers pass through or rest in this platform. Any "paid/unpaid" note recorded by your contractor is a status label only, never a payment instrument.

Location data (field staff only)

For a contractor's own crew, approximate location may be recorded only with that person's explicit opt-in, only while they are clocked in to an active job, and is revocable at any time. It is used for arrival updates and job records, is visible only to their own company's management, and is automatically deleted after 90 days. Customers are never located.

How we use it

To prepare your estimate, keep you updated and communicate with you in the app, schedule and perform your work, operate the platform, and analyze usage. We do not sell your personal information.

Who sees it

The contractor you requested service from, scoped by that company's own staff roles, and the platform operator for support and maintenance.

Retention, access & portability

We keep your information as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, a copy of, or deletion of your information by contacting the contractor. Contractors can export their own customer and project records; the platform's proprietary estimating logic and templates are not part of any export.

Security

Passwords are hashed; access is restricted by role and by location. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
